How to delete your account

Steps:

1. Email our customer support team at support@vidmagic.app from your registered email address with the subject: "Delete my account".

2. Our customer support team will initiate the account deletion process within 7 working days.

Deleting your account will:

• Delete your account from VidMagic.
• Erase your all data history.

If you delete your account:

• You can't regain access to your account.

Can I reactivate my VidMagic account after deleting it?

• According to VidMagic´s policy, if your account is deleted there's no way to reactivate it. But you can create a new account with the same email you used before.
